We had an insurance claim for our hardwood floor and visited Carpet One in Moose Jaw. A young gentleman named Karol (Karl) was most helpful in getting us through the process of getting a quote together for the insurance company, helping us in selecting materials, doing the measure for the job, outlining the costs involved, and communicating with us all it would take to get this job done. If it was Karl's day off, the rest of the staff was equally as helpful updating our file. We were 100% happy with Carpet One (Moose Jaw)'s performance.
Almost 10 years ago we bought a roll of vinyl from here for us to install in our kitchen and bathroom...major health issues happened and we were unable to get back to the renovation until now. The roll of vinyl has been in the garage for the whole time. The vinyl came i and we installed it ourselves today, Nov 27 2017. We needed a floor roller to do the install and these kind people loaned us one after finding out when it was purchased. They were impressed with the vinyl surviving that long in an unheated garage...Thank you for helping us finish our kitchen...10 years after it began.
