For the money you pay it isn't worth it. The rooms are okay but starting to get run down. The fridge was dirty. The furniture was dusty. The pool area was nice. The rooms weren't extra big and my view was the back alley. My sister stayed somewhere else and her room was well kept for less money. It also included a nice breakfast. If I go to Moose Jaw again I would stay somewhere else and pay to use the pool. There's a lot to do in Moose Jaw so I doubt I would pay extra to stay at that hotel.
Some reviews are correct the rooms could use some updating but ours at least was still very nice, had a super comfy bed and pillows and we love our jacuzzi. Only complaints were the shower heads don't point down enough, they basically go as low as your chest, rooms need better lighting, robes are not quite one size fits all and a recommendation to book services before coming to the hotel would have been helpful as we were not able to take advantage of the spa other than the pool as most services were booked unless you get up at the crack of dawn. Pool was great really like the fact you can go outside, especially at night at see the stars and moon, love the adults only swim at night too.Staff was friendly and accommodating.
My husband & I spent a wonderful anniversary weekend at Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa. The staff were fantastic too! Cassidy in particular made things extra special and we really appreciated how friendly and accommodating everyone we encountered was. This was actually our third stay in about 11 years. They have renovated many of the main areas, which look fantastic. And yes, I agree with the other reviews indicating the rooms need updating as well, but how much time did we really spend in our room? We booked the "celebrations suite", and barely spent any time in there at all. The "adults only" swim from 9pm to Midnight on Friday & Saturday evenings kept us water logged in the mineral waters instead. Next time we'll just book a room with a balcony - morning coffee out there overlooking the park was a nice start to the days. We'll definitely be going back again!
It was odd that I had to give all the names of the people staying in the room with me. I feel if I hadn't come to the desk with a special needs individual, I wouldn't have had to do this. The fan in the bathroom was terribly noisy and dirty and looked like it was falling out of the ceiling. I did really enjoy my stay. My special needs friend decided we should move into the hotel, he obviously really enjoyed himself. I would definitely stay the night again!
Perfect place to go after a hard race. It's not at busy during the warmer season, but it's still a lovely place to relax, especially after you run your heart out! The facility is well maintained with polite and helpful staff. Fresh cool water is always available, as are cool wash cloths for your face. The sauna is enhanced by eucalyptus as well.
