Shopping for Runners . Picked 3 different pairs and had none in stock of my size , 9.5 . Wife went looking for shoes also had none that fit or no stock . At least it was open , that is why one star .
Love this store
I went in last night to get some runners for work. All the staff were at the front desk chatting with each other. I did not get a hello, hi, nothing. I proceeded to the women's shoes and made several choices to have fitted to my size. I was in there for at least a half an hour. Not one staff member came to assist me. There were no other customers in the store. Apparently chatting with coworkers is more important than customer service. On a previous visit to the store, I actually called the front desk to break up their chit-chat to get someone to help me. I will NEVER be back. And yes I will tell everyone who is remotely thinking about going there not to.
