I almost would have given this a bad review. I had 2 bad visits here but since then its improved. The manager is a great guy, puts cx first . I have 2 dogs and I get most of my supplies here. The price beats every other pet store. Loads or variety. I plan to be a regular!

I'm from Regina and often go to the Regina store, which is fantastic. I was in Moose Jaw and stopped in to see if they had my dogs food there on the way back home. The sales lady I dealt with was very poor, unhelpful and short with me. The exact opposite of the Regina store.
I'm sure it's fine for the western wear and farm stuff, but the pet section is just pitiful. The staff know very little about their products or pet health, and there are such poor quality products right next to healthy pet treats. I wouldnt trust any pet store that sells something as toxic as milkbone
