Cutest used book store in Moose Jaw! The store looks quite small from the outside, but when you enter, you're transported back in time! He has a great variety of books and lots on Canadian/Saskatchewan history if that interests you!

Beautifully laid out and organized bookstore, reasonable prices. I could have spent a lot of time here. Couldnt find the materials I wanted but thats what happens at used bookstores sometimes. 3 stars because I went in with my tween boys and received a very frosty reception from the male attendant. The reviews about this place not being child or teen friendly seem to be true. Too bad...my kids are the children of a librarian and a teacher...they would have been great customers!

The customer service at the store is nothing short of abysmal. Im not one to write reviews, but my experience here was so noteworthy that I cant help but share my experience. Upon entering, my friends and I were not greeted or even acknowledged. The selection of books was weak and limited, but we took advantage of the cute atmosphere and decided to take some photos of the shelves. After a few minutes I was approached by the cranky owner and accused of stealing books! After showing him my empty purse, he told us to stop being stupid teenagers on our phones and leave or buy a book. My friend put a book back on the shelf and said she wasnt going to buy it because she didnt understand the story. The owner said, yeah Im not surprised that you dont understand it. After being accused of stealing and being called dumb, we left the store but not without making the owner apologize for his behaviour. We took pictures because the store was cute, and rather than being flattered, he forced us to leave after showing him our bags, making sure they were empty. We will not be returning to this store and highly recommend that you avoid it as well, unless youd like to defend yourself as a smart person who doesnt steal.
